Oscam - New css styles/skins for webif

These skins/styles will enhance the look of your oscam webif

1. Copy the skin/style to a folder on your receiver or pc
2. in oscam.conf add this line in webif section:-

httpcss = /"put the file location as per your directory structure. i.e /var/oscamskin
